Our leadership team brings over 40 years of combined experience across operational transformation, technology delivery and financial performance management. One of us co-founded a vertically integrated manufacturing business and led it from launch to exit; the others have spent their careers building and running production systems for demanding enterprises. Throughout, we kept seeing the same pattern: the biggest improvements in a plant begin with the ability to see the operation truthfully.
That insight led us to found Grandhelm. We embed with the leadership teams of mid-market manufacturers and deliver focused engagements with defined scope, timelines and success measures, combining operating experience with custom software and AI applied where it earns its place. And we work toward our own exit from your daily operation: success is an operation your team runs without us, with Grandhelm remaining at your side as advisors.
